Job Description:
DPDzero is currently hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced AI and machine learning solutions to enhance debt collections processes.
Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
> 4-5 years of exclusive AI/ML engineering experience, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models.
> Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality AI/ML solutions that have positively impacted business outcomes.
> Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
> Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and their application in debt collections.
> Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
> Excellent problem-solving skills and a great attitude toward tackling complex AI/ML challenges.
> Hard-working and dedicated to achieving results in a fast-paced fintech environment.
