> Credit risk modeling development experience is essential.
> Proficiency in R/Python coding is a must-have technical skill.
> Experience with regulatory modeling development (ECL, Stress testing & IFRS9) is advantageous.
> Strong analytical skills and a track record of working effectively in teams.
> Self-starter with high energy levels and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
> In-depth understanding of business and risk concepts.
> Adaptability to work on project-based engagements across different types of banking clients.
> Team management experience is preferred.
