Experience Requirements:

> Understanding of key business and risk KPIs for retail banking products.
> 2+ years of experience in handling BFSI analytics, implementing models, and working with big data/cloud solutions.
> Credit risk modeling development experience is a must.
> Proficiency in R/Python coding is a must-have technical skill.
> Regulatory modeling development experience is good to have (ECL, Stress testing & IFRS9).
> Highly analytical with experience working in teams.
> Self-starter with high energy levels and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
> In-depth business and risk understanding.
> Adaptability to work on project-based engagements across different types of banking clients.
> Team management experience would be preferred.
